Welcome to CAB Inspirational Ltd. I'm Cheryl, founder and CEO.

My passion is to empower the community to be the best versions of themselves.

I recognise the many challenges with mental health and wellbeing, so I used my own healing journey to bring light to the lives of others through my published literature for adults and children.

Additionally, as a trained counsellor, I offer support in the community to understand mental health, promote wellbeing and offer workshops to groups.
